Jerod brings 25 years of security leadership across organizations ranging from 10 to 50,000 employees. He architected the first PCI compliance program for Abercrombie & Fitch — protecting $4 billion in annual revenue — and directed a third-party risk program covering 100+ vendors at The Ohio State University. He advises boards and executive teams on program maturity, risk quantification, and AI governance. His clients manage over $4.5 billion in combined revenue and operate under NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and multiple privacy regulations.
Robert is a seasoned cybersecurity leader and board member with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise-scale information security, risk, privacy, and GRC. Law-trained with deep expertise in technology contracts and legal compliance, he has led security strategy at organizations including Deloitte and GuidePoint. His background spans corporate information governance, data protection program leadership, and complex global enterprise security operations. Robert oversees product strategy, legal structure, and client delivery frameworks at Aetos One.
